California Paws has been caring for pets since 1999. Our goal is to provide you with the peace of mind that your pet is being well cared for until you return. We value you as a customer and pride ourselves in always being reliable, trustworthy and dependable.

California Paws was started by Sasha Vaz. Presently together with her husband, they provide a comprehensive selection of pet related services, with a specialty in cat sitting and cat boarding.

Growing up, Sasha had a myriad of pets. At one point, she had 5 dogs and 8 cats all living together quite harmoniously. She has a keen and intuitive way of relating to animals, that will put you and your pet at complete ease.

As a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist, Sasha is interested in all aspects of your pet, including the physical and emotional well being. Emphasis is put on assessing your cat’s comprehensive needs using behavior observation, providing daily stimuli through play and communication.
